
A 19-year-old Port Huron man was recently arraigned on three felony charges following the conclusion of an investigation into crack cocaine sales.
The St. Clair County Drug Task Force concluded this investigation on Monday, April 20, with the apprehension of 19-year-old Jayquawn “Blackout” Rowe, who attempted to evade law enforcement before ultimately being taken into custody Thursday evening.
After apprehending Rowe, a search on the 600 block of Union St was conducted. DTF located and seized crack cocaine, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia.
Rowe was arraigned on May 3, 2026 on three felony charges, including possession with intent to distribute cocaine, tampering with evidence, and resisting and obstructing. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety. He will appear again in court for his probable cause conference next week, on May 12.
