Join us for the grooviest festival in the Thumb!

Port Sanilac, MI –   At our “Singin’ the 60’s Music Festival” it’s all about peace, love and music, and hippies of all ages are welcome! Come celebrate your favorite 60’s rock & roll: The Beatles, Johnny Cash, The Rolling Stones, Peter, Paul & Mary, Sam Cooke, The Everly Brothers, Joan Baez, The Beach Boys, Simon & Garfunkel, The Who, and more.

– Groove to the group sounds at “The Happening” under the big tent.
– Drop in to “Alice’s Restaurant” in the Historic Church for groups performing 60’s music.
– Join the peace movement at the Schoolhouse where “Love-Ins” are performed by artists singing the songs of your favorite 60’s artists.
– Get together at the Train Depot for “Sit-Ins” where host musicians “jam” together with the audience.

Plus a vintage car show, arts & crafts vendors, children’s area, craft beer, and great eats!

Singin’ the 60’s Music Festival will be held on July 21 from noon until 6pm at the Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum.

$10 adults, $5 students, 12 and under free.

 

Singin’ the 60’s is sponsored by a collaborative effort between the Sanilac Consortium for the Arts, Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum, and the Blue Water Folk Society.
