Several candidates file for office in Sanilac County

The list of candidates vying for a political office ion Sanilac County continues to grow as candidates file for various positions. After announcing he would run for Sanilac County Sheriff several weeks ago, Nathan Smith now has competition after a fellow department worker filed his intentions. Steve McKenney, a 20-year veteran of the department, has tossed his hat into the ring and will go against Smith and possibly others in the August Primary. Also announcing his filing is Scott Radloff who will square off against Mark Davidson and Tim Wrathell for Circuit Court Judge. Potential candidates have until April 21st to file with the County Clerk’s Office.
