The Demott’s Westpark Inn hosted this year’s 16th Annual Flamingo Fling on Thursday, April 19th. The establishment again provided their conference room and a luncheon to accommodate 140 ladies for this year’s event! When the feathers settled the final total of $40,000.00 was raised to help support the Eva’s Place shelter program and the families it serves!
Over 200 generous businesses, civic groups and individuals donated more than $13,280.00 in cash sponsorships and 150 prize packages! The Flamingo Fling ladies were offered a variety of raffles, silent and live auction packages from 4:30 until 9:00 p.m.
