MDOT Continues Work Near the Blue Water Bridge

The Michigan Department of Transportation is planning intersection upgrades in Port Huron near the Blue Water Bridge costing over $425,000 dollars. The I-94 Business Loop, Pine Grove Ave, 10th Avenue, and Scott Avenue corridors will see construction starting Monday, modernizing the signal at the intersection, curb and gutter work, sidewalk improvements, and the permanent closure of access to Scott Avenue. MDOT says there will be daytime single-lane closures in each direction on Pine Grove Avenue for signal work. The work is expected to be completed by early June.
