Marlette; Marlette Township officials honored by Commissioners

Kirk Dale and Sandy Cargill were honored for their years of service

During their meeting Tuesday afternoon, the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners recognized the dedication of two people that have served their communities for many years.

Sandy Cargill has retired as the Marlette City Clerk, after serving the city for 26 years in various capacities.

Kirk Dale, longtime Marlette Township Supervisor, was also honored for his 28 years of dedication including the past 13 as Township Supervisor.

Both plan to enjoy their well-deserved free time with family and traveling.
