Mayville Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to extricate the victim
Tuscola County Deputies responded to a one vehicle crash on M-24 near Treasurer Rd around 5am Friday morning.
According to police, an 18 year old Columbiaville male apparently lost control in a curve while driving northbound and ended up rolling over his 2002 Chevrolet Blazer into the ditch.
The driver was seriously injured and had to be extricated by the Mayville Fire Dept.
The victim was transported by Mayville Area Ambulance service to an area hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
