Carroll McNish, age 82 of Fostoria, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Services will be held Saturday, April 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Sweet School Chapel. Visitation at the Blackburn Chapel – Martin Funeral Home Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday at the chapel from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
