(MILLINGTON) — A 48-year old Unionville man faces life in prison after authorities say he kidnapped and sexually assaulted an 8-year old girl from Millington. Tuscola County Prosecutor Mark Reene says David Brigham allegedly abducted the girl from her Millington area home on Swaffer Road on July 30. Family members reported her missing around 5:15 a.m. Brigham reportedly sexually assaulted the girl before bringing her home the next morning where he was arrested by police. Brigham is being held without bond on 24 charges including kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and 18 counts of criminal sexual conduct. An original bond of $3 million was revoked. A probable cause hearing is set for Monday, August 8 and a preliminary exam is scheduled for August 15.
