(CAPAC) — MDOT officials say the I-69 Capac Rest Area is closed to traffic until mid-December. Crews will remove and replace the decades-old sewer system. The facility is located at mile marker 174, just east of Capac and was shut down on Monday, November 2. Crews are expected to have the sewer replacement project finished by December 16.
