(SANDUSKY) — McKenzie Health System recently awarded it’s Medical Staff Merit Scholarship to Marlette Schools graduate Allicia Russell. Allicia attends Saginaw Valley State University and is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a focus on pediatrics. The McKenzie Medical Staff Merit Scholarships are awarded each year to Sanilac County graduating seniors entering an accredited college or university and planning to become a healthcare professional. Scholars are selected based on academic achievement, community service and accomplishments.
