A bicycle and pickup truck collided on M-19, south of Yale Thursday afternoon, claiming the life of the male subject on the bicycle. Few details were available, but St. Clair County Deputies on the scene said both the bicycle and the truck were headed south on M-19 in Emmett Township around 3:30 Thursday afternoon. The truck struck the bike near Old Emmett Road. M-19 was closed between Metcalf and Foley Roads for several hours for investigation. No further information was available.
