A Port Huron church counselor has been accused of enticing underage females to send him sexually graphic images over the internet. According to multiple media reports, the FBI has investigated the claims and say Jackie Woodburn, director of Colonial Woods Missionary Church counseling center, allegedly presented himself as a 15-year old boy hoping to entice young girls to engage in sexual activity on a web cam. Investigators say Woodburn’s laptop computer allegedly contained over 70,000 Skype chat messages, many with teenage girls. He has been charged with producing or attempting to produce child pornography, receipt or possession of child pornography and coercion.
