Elmer Township Shed Destroyed by Flames

A three alarm blaze Sunday afternoon destroyed a shed in Elmer township, including two antique cars. Sandusky Fire Chief Todd Hillman said his department was called to a home on Elmer Road, between Walker and Cooper, around 2 p.m. and found the structure fully engulfed in flames. Firemen from Moore and Elk Townships assisted at the scene, pouring 10,000 gallons of water on the flames for over two hours. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
