LADIES SELF DEFENSE CLASS

Thursday, June, 19th 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

$15.00 per person to cover the cost of personal safety items given to each participant.

Learn the importance of awareness, precaution and how to avoid dangerous situations.

Understand and practice physical striking, kicks and excaping techniques.

This program is great for females age 12 years or older.

Each attendee will receive a personal safety alarm, flashlight, and cannister of pepper spary upon completion of class.

(Parents are required to attend with daughters under the age of 17 years to receive pepper spray) Online register and payment required before attending class. www.evasplaceshelter.org
