
The Sanilac County Community Foundation is pleased to announce Brynn Hurley as the 2025 recipient of the Hewitt-Riley Scholarship.
Brynn Hurley, daughter of Rhett and Barb Hurley, is a graduate of Croswell-Lexington High School. She was a member of the cross country and track teams throughout high school, earning a varsity position, serving as captain of both teams, and receiving numerous awards and honors. Brynn is attending St. Clair County Community College to pursue an Associate of Science degree while competing for their cross country and track teams.
The Hewitt-Riley Scholarship was established in honor of Thomas Hewitt, a Croswell-Lexington High School Graduate, by his mother Mary Riley. The scholarship is made available to a Croswell-Lexington student with a 2.5 GPA average who is planning to attend college. Special consideration is given to those entering the field of agricultural studies.
