Two Port Huron residents arrested for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, heroin, and meth

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force announced the arrest of two Port Huron residents this past week, following a search that found heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

The Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the 1300 block of Miller Street around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, as a result of an ongoing investigation. Located during the search was cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and analogues. 40-year-old Joshua Spencer and 42-year-old Jennifer Dykeman were arrested as a result of the search.

Joshua Spencer was charged with four felonies, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin, and a count of maintaining a drug house. His bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety/10% during arraignment on September 25, 2025.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Dykeman was charged with four felonies, and her bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety/10% during her arraignment. She was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine less than 50 grams, one count of possession of cocaine less than 25 grams, and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
