Port Huron Police are asking for public assistance in finding a runaway 16-year-old boy.
Richard Harrison, age 16 of Port Huron, was last seen on Wednesday, August 27, in the 900 block of Pine Street. It’s believed he left his home with his personal belongings. Richard is described as a six foot tall, Black male with black hair and brown eyes.
