Nine undocumented immigrants were arrested last Thursday in Cass City, according to the U.S. Border Patrol.
Agents with the Marysville Station arrested the individuals, originally from Honduras and Mexico, during targeted enforcement action on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
Three subjects have prior removals, with all nine subjects being processed for removal from the country. They are facing two charges: one count of immigrant without an immigrant visa and alien present without admission or parole.
