McKenzie Health System is helping student-athletes prepare for the upcoming school year by offering sports physicals for just $15 now through August 31, 2025, at all McKenzie family healthcare clinic locations.
This low-cost service ensures that students entering grades 6 through 12 are cleared to participate in school sports and meet Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) requirements. If a student has received an annual wellness visit recently from a McKenzie family provider, they can simply bring their form into that office for completion at no additional cost.
Upcoming sports physical clinics are scheduled for:
- Sandusky Schools – May 19
- Carsonville-Port Sanilac Schools (CPS) – May 28
- Croswell-Lexington Schools – May 29
If you are a student at one of the above schools, please contact the school to schedule your physical.
In addition to weekday appointments at family healthcare clinics, sports physicals are also available at the McKenzie After-Hours Clinic in Sandusky. This convenient option offers extended evening and weekend hours—Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.—to help accommodate busy family schedules.
Appointments can be made by calling 810-648-6202 or schedule online using the tool on the After-Hours Clinic page. Walk-ins are also welcome.
