(ST. CLAIR COUNTY) – An investigation into the sales of narcotics in the Port Huron Township area ended Monday night with the arrest of three people.

According to Sheriff Mat King, members of the St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant about 11:00 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Minnesota Road.

During a search of the residence, the DTF seized about $6100 worth of crack cocaine, digital scales and packaging materials.

Arrested at the home were a 53 year old man and two women, ages 42 and 33, all from Port Huron.

They were lodged at the St. Clair County jail, where they await arraignment on charges including possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and maintaining a drug house.

The Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team and U.S. Border Patrol K-9 Unit also assisted at the scene of the search warrant.
