Charlotte Stine, age 77 of North Branch, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018. Services will be held Monday, March 12th at 11:00 a.m. at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
