Autumnwood of Deckerville received good news earlier this month when one of their staff members was honored by the Health Care Association of Michigan.
Amber Brace, a receptionist at the facility will be recognized by HCAM at a reception in September for her dedication and service to the facility.
While working in the office, Brace is also continuing her education to become a registered nurse and plans to stay involved with long-term health care.
Autumnwood is one of 325 facilities statewide who had employees considered for the award.
