(MINDEN CITY) — The Minden City Lions Club and Fire Department tractor pulls are happening this Friday and Saturday. The pulls will start at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Francis Lautner Memorial Park. A new class has been added this year featuring 6500 light limited super stock. There will also be a refreshment tent, food stands, kids games, and live music from the band “Staff Infection.” Voting for the Minden City Munchkin is also taking place. On Saturday the mud volleyball tournament starts at 8 a.m. with the tractor pulls at 5 p.m. The band “Toxic Candy” will provide the entertainment at the refreshment tent Saturday night.
