Henry Piontkowski, age 83 of Ubly, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016. Services will be held on Monday, July 11 at 11 a.m. at the St. John Catholic Church in Ubly where visitation will be Monday, July 11 from 9-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to the St. John Building Fund. Arrangements are being handled by the Smigielski Funeral Homes.
