Richard Skutt, age 88 of Peck, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016. Services will be held on Thursday, July 7 at 2:30 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky where visitation is Thursday, July 7 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Sanilac County Special Olympics.
