Two Port Huron men were arrested after a recent search by the St. Clair County DTF found over 30 grams of cocaine.
The Drug Task Force concluded an investigation last Thursday, July 23, by executing a search warrant and making two arrests. The search took place on the 1500 block of Rick Court in the City of Port Huron.
The Drug Task Force, with assistance from road patrol and the Special Response Team, located and seized over 30 grams of crack cocaine and sales materials. As a result, 55 year old Darryl Johnson and 58 year old John Johnson Jr were taken into custody. They were both arraigned in 72nd District Court on Sunday, July 26.
Darryl Johnson, who is currently on parole, was given a $50,000 cash/surety bond at arraignment. He is charged with two felony counts, including possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams and maintaining a drug house.
John Johnson, whose bond was set at $15,000 cash/surety, is also charged with two felonies, including possession of cocaine and maintaining a drug house. They will appear again in court next week for their probable cause conferences.
