Petition language seeking the recall of three Watertown Township officials was unanimously approved this morning by the Sanilac County Election Commission.
The petitions, filed by Watertown Treasurer Sheila Coats, are seeking the recall of Supervisor Richard Henderson, Clerk Tammy Ross, and Trustee Jason Radloff.
Coats is also the subject of an approved recall petition, filed by township resident Ernest Krumenaker, which she is appealing. Henderson, Ross and Radloff have ten days from Tuesday’s decision in which to appeal the petitions’ approval.
The Watertown Township Board will meet tonight for their first meeting of the new month at 6 p.m., at the township hall.
