St. Clair Drug Task Force arrests two men, seizes 100 grams of meth

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force reports that last week’s search warrants resulted in two arrests, the seizure of over 100 grams of methamphetamine, and sales materials.

After a search on the 1700 block of Yeager Street in Port Huron Township, 35 year old Bryan Simpson was taken into custody last Tuesday, May 26. He was arraigned last Thursday, May 28, on two felony charges, including maintaining a drug house and possession of a controlled substance, second offense/double penalty. His bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety.

A search on the 900 block of Pine St in Port Huron resulted in the Thursday arrest of 45-year- old Mark Caryl II. He was arraigned in 72nd District Court Monday, June 1, on two charges, including maintaining a drug house and possession of a controlled substance, second offense/double penalty. His bond was set at $30,000 cash/surety.

Both men will appear again in court next Tuesday, June 9, for their probable cause conference.
