The Aspire Rural Health System Foundation is proud to announce the continued success of its annual Hunting for Health event, held Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21 at Rooster Ranch.
This two-day European pheasant hunt welcomed more than 95 hunters and community members, all coming together in support of prostate cancer awareness and early detection efforts. Thanks to the generosity of participants and sponsors, the event generated a profit of $25,631, directly benefiting local patients in need.
Proceeds from the event support Aspire’s PCUPS Program, which provides PSA screenings for uninsured individuals and offers financial assistance grants of $500 every six months to patients undergoing treatment for prostate cancer. These services play a critical role in promoting early detection and easing the financial burden for those facing a diagnosis.
Aspire extends a special thank you to Ball Insurance Agency, the 2026 Event Sponsor, whose support was instrumental in the event’s success. In addition, Aspire congratulates the winners of the Butcher Bundle Raffle: 1st Place winner Cassandra Carr, 2nd Place winner Kathleen Moran, and 3rd Place winner Dr. Jessica Bennett.
The Aspire Rural Health System Foundation remains committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves through accessible care, early detection programs, and community-driven initiatives.
