
Search warrants in Lexington and Burtchville Township saw over 300 grams of methamphetamine uncovered by the Sanilac and St. Clair County Drug Task Forces.
After receiving and investigating anonymous tips, two search warrants were executed last week, with the drug task forces assisted by K9 Brock. The first was executed on Kipling Road in Sanilac County’s Lexington and the second on Lakeshore Road in St. Clair County’s Burtchville Township. As a result, 44-year-old Danielle Mahosky and Eugene Kotelman were taken into custody.
Mahosky was arraigned on Thursday, March 19, before Sanilac County’s 73rd District Court on five felony charges, including two counts of possession with intent to deliver meth, one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, one felony firearm count, and one count of maintaining a drug house. Her bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety.
Kotelman was arraigned yesterday, March 25, before St. Clair County’s 72nd District Court on three felony charges, including two counts of possession with intent to deliver meth and one count of maintaining a drug house. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of receiving and concealing stolen property. His bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety.
