Jean R. Kramer, age 80 of Harbor Beach, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2026.
Services for Jean will be held on Monday, March 2, at 11 a.m. at the Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Ruth. Visitation will be held at the Ramsey Funeral Home in Harbor Beach on Sunday, March 1 from 2-8 p.m., and again on Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service.
