A Huron County man was arraigned last week on one count of distributing child sexually abusive material, according to the Michigan State Police.
Keith John Finkbeiner, 60 of Bay Port, was arrested following an investigation in which digital evidence was seized from his home. The investigation was initiated when it was learned that Finkbeiner was sharing files of child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Finkbeiner was charged with one count of distribution of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime, and was arraigned in 73B District Court on Thursday, December 18.
He will appear again in court on Thursday, January 8, 2026 for his probable cause conference.
