The Port Huron Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 55-year-old Samuel Anthony Serra, who has not been seen or heard from since December 2024.
His family is offering a $5,000 reward for information that directly leads to locating him. Samuel used to live on the 17000 block of 15th Street in Port Huron. He may have last been seen driving a red 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in Macomb with the license plate number “61ACR3.” He has been known to frequent the Macomb and Sanilac County areas. Samuel stands at 5″7″ and weighs 255 lbs. He is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Port Huron Police Department at (810) 984-8415, submit a tip via the department’s mobile app or call the anonymous C.A.P.T.U.R.E. line at 810-987-6688. Tips can also be submitted by texting CAPTURE to 847411.
