The Sanilac County Historic Village & Museum invites you to an unforgettable evening in the woods at the Nature Trail Dinner: Renaissance Splendor, on Saturday, September 13, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM.
This year’s immersive dining event takes on a grand Renaissance theme, with guests dining beneath fairy lights and chandeliers. The evening includes a full-service dinner nestled along the forest path of the museum’s Nature Trail—an experience that sold out last year.
Dinner will be prepared by Barber-Que Smokehouse Catering, known for their Texas-style smoked meats and elevated rustic menu. Guests will enjoy brisket, pulled pork, pit beans with burnt ends, homemade mac & cheese, and optional smoked jalapeños—all delivered fresh in commercial warming boxes.
Entertainment for the evening will feature a live atmospheric flow performance by Mikayla Vogel and Hailey Williams, adding a mystical element to this magical forest setting.
Tickets are $75 for SCHS Members and $85 for the General Public, with limited seating available. Advanced reservations are highly encouraged. To reserve your seat, visit RoyalBanquet.eventbrite.com.
