A Port Huron man has been arrested following the execution of a search warrant last week.
The St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed the warrant at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, in the 1300 block of Carleton St in the City of Port Huron.
The search resulted in over 25 grams of methamphetamine, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia being seized. 57-year-old David Kirkendall was arrested as a result.
Kirkendall was arraigned on two counts of felony controlled substance, and bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety/10%.
Kirkendall is currently on parole for narcotics related charges, with the new charges being counted as a second offense, thus doubling the penalty.
