The St. Clair County Drug Task Force concluded another investigation into narcotics sales with an arrest last Thursday.
The DTF executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Griswold Street in Port Huron on March 14, having already located and arrested the target of the investigation in a traffic stop.
The suspect, Sherman Hayner, was ultimately arraigned on five felony counts after the Thursday search found 2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, scales, ammunition, $754 cash, packaging material and narcotics paraphernalia.
Hayner was arraigned on the charges of possession with intent to deliver crystal methamphetamine, two counts of dangerous drugs, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of ammunition on Sunday, March 15, 2024. Bond was set at $20,000.
