Carol Elliott, age 74 of Richmond, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018. Services will be held Saturday, September 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Kaatz Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation at the funeral home Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
