(MARLETTE) — Marlette Regional Hospital CEO Dan Babcock has recently joined the Michigan Health and Hospital Association’s Board of Trustees. The MHA is based in Lansing and is the statewide leader representing all of the community hospitals in the state. The association is an advocate on behalf of health care providers and the communities they serve. Mr. Babcock was among four newly appointed Trustees at the June Annual Membership Meeting. He will serve a 3-year term. Babcock commented that participating on the board will give him a chance to represent the issues important to small, rural hospitals.
