(TUSCOLA COUNTY) — Tuscola County is under a countywide burn ban until further notice with the extremely dry conditions and small percentage of possible rain fall this week. Fairgrove Fire Chief Douglas Young says no burn permits will be issued until the area receives a substantial rainfall. Small campfires and charcoal and propane grilling is still permitted, as long as they are attended and embers are completely extinguished. No other outdoor burning is permitted. Those with questions are asked to contact their local fire chief.
