Celebrating “Dickens of a Christmas” in Deckerville

(DECKERVILLE) — Deckerville is celebrating a “Dickens of a Christmas” this Friday, December 11 between 3:30-7:30 p.m. with activities for the kids and a visit from Santa and his reindeer. The Deckerville Historical Museum will be open to the public and crafts and games will be hosted at several downtown businesses includng the Red Carpet Real Estate office, Scott Long, CPA and Ameriprise office, and Bronze & Beauty Boutique. Dinner and a Movie at the D’Ville Diner will be shown at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. There will be story time and a craft at the library from 6-7 p.m. The Deckerville School’s Pomp Squad will do their holiday routine on Main Street at 6 p.m. before the Angel Walk. Santa and his reindeer will be a Keinath Tire, located at 3680 Range Line Road. Bring your camera!
