(LAPEER) — Lapeer Police are seeking tips after a pedestrian tunnel that runs under M-24 was vandalized. The tunnel is not yet open to the public and chain link fences are up on both sides. Reports say the vandals spray painted five different spots with profanity and pictures. Authorities say the vandalism was reported on Tuesday, November 10, but they believe it happened the night before.
