Murder suspect found guilty in St. Clair County

(PORT HURON) -- A St. Clair County jury has found a 34-year old Detroit area man guilty of first degree premeditated murder and felony firearm in the death of 23-year old Jason Mychal Williams of Port Huron. Cidney Ingram shot Williams at the Village Manor Townhomes in the 3100 block of Electric Avenue in Port Huron back on June 15. He now faces life in prison without parole during sentencing on January 17. Authorities say the shooting took place after a brief disagreement between several individuals. Ingram turned himself in to police days after the incident. 29-year old John Seaborn Little, a co-defendant in the case, is scheduled for sentencing on January 7. Little pleaded guilty before the start of the trial to charges of tampering with evidence, accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.
