Croswell City Manager John Espinoza retiring Dec. 31

(CROSWELL) -- Croswell City Manager John Espinoza will be retiring at the end of December. His retirement will be short lived though, as he has accepted a Spanish teaching position at the Cros-Lex Middle School starting in January. Espinoza has held the City Manager's position for 2-years in Croswell and will be leaving effective December 31. Some of the major accomplishments during his tenure have included job growth in the industrial park and upcoming street and infrastructure improvements to the city's aging downtown. Espinoza commended his staff and city employees for making his job easier, noting their commitment to the city. The City of Croswell will be interviewing candidates to fill the position on an interim basis with hopes of finding a new city manager.
