NASHVILLE (AP) - Jason Aldean's tour bus struck and killed a man on a highway in southwest Indiana early yesterday. Knox County Sheriff Michael P. Morris says the bus hit a man identified as Albert Kennedy of Vincennes, Indiana. Kennedy was pronounced dead at the scene. Morris says only Aldean and his driver were on the bus at the time, and no charges will be filed. He says the accident was "unavoidable" and Kennedy was known to walk or bike along that road. Aldean tweets that in all the years he's been touring, nothing prepares anyone for something like this to happen. He says he's praying for Kennedy's family and asks fans to do the same.

The Jonas Brothers announce breakup

NEW YORK (AP) - The Jonas Brothers are disbanding. Nick, Joe and Kevin announced Tuesday they're ending their highly successful run. The news comes after the brothers abruptly canceled their tour over creative differences earlier this month. The breakup was first reported by People magazine. Publicist Jesse Derris confirmed the news and said no other details were available. The brothers told People the breakup was unanimous and came after Nick Jonas told his brothers in a meeting earlier this month that he felt "trapped." The New Jersey brothers formed the band in 2005 and built a fan base through their association with the Disney Channel. The band had been scheduled to release its fifth album later this year.

LOS ALTOS, Calif. (AP) - The Silicon Valley home where Apple co-founder Steve Jobs grew up and built some of his first computers is now on the city's list of historic properties. The Palo Alto Daily News reports that the historical commission in the city of Los Altos voted unanimously for the historic designation Monday night. Any proposed renovations to the ranch-style home now require additional review. The home is owned by Patricia Jobs, Steve Jobs' sister. The commission didn't need her permission for the designation although she could appeal its decision to the city council. Zachary Dahl, a senior planner with the city, said Patricia Jobs requested corrections to the city's evaluation of the property, but then didn't respond when it was sent to her for review.

LONDON (AP) - He's no gang banger, for sure. But Paul McCartney has been doing his share of drive-bys lately. In his case, the drive-bys are performances. He pulls up on a truck and performs off the back, surprising passersby during lunch hour. He did it in New York to help promote his album "New." And he did it again this past Friday in London, stopping at Covent Garden - usually home to jugglers, mimes and other street artists. Thousands of area workers and tourists got to take in the performance.

TLC TV Movie premieres tonight on VH1

ATLANTA (AP) - Their lives and careers were riveting enough for a TV movie. And tonight, TLC gets the TV movie treatment - when VH1 airs "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story." For the two surviving members of the group, it was uncomfortable watching actresses portray them. Even harder: watching Lil Mama play Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, who died in 2002. Chilli Thomas says "the resemblance was just crazy at times." Lil Mama wore contacts to mimic Lisa's large, dark pupils - and Chili says seeing someone look and act like Left Eye "was kind of eerie at times." Keke Palmer plays Chili and Drew Sidora is T-Boz. T-Boz says watching actresses play them was a revelation. She says: "You never know how you look to someone else until you see for yourself."
