(PORT HURON) -- Port Huron Police have arrested a 29-year old Marysville resident for his alleged involvement in a drive by shooting that took place on October 1, 2011 in the 1600 block of Gordon Street. Authorities say the suspect, Jeremiah Thomas Arnold, allegedly drove by an occupied residence and fired shots in retaliation for an altercation that occurred earlier in the evening. No one was injured in the shooting. An extensive investigation led police to Arnold's whereabout and his capture. Arnold was arraigned Thursday on firearm-discharging in or at a building and felony firearm charges. Bond was set at $10,000. Arnold is set to appear for a preliminary examination on December 11 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Clair County District Court.
