(PORT HURON) -- A 29-year old Port Huron man remains jailed for his role in a robbery Monday evening at the CVS Pharmacy, located in the 900 block of Lapeer Road. Authorities say Rick John-Thomas Gray entered the business just after 7:30 p.m. and brandished a handgun while demanding the clerks turn over prescription drugs. A Port Huron Police officer was working in the area and responded to the robbery call in time to locate Gray and arrest him as he was leaving the store. There were no injuries during the heist and the stolen drugs were recovered. Gray has been arraigned on two counts of armed robbery, one count of felony firearm, and a possession of a firearm by a felon charge. His bond was set at $50,000 and a preliminary exam has been scheduled for November 6.
