(AREA) -- The Port Sanilac Fire Department was dispatched to two separate fire calls Thursday. The first call came in around 3:30 p.m. for a combine on fire in a field off of Stone Road west of M-25. No injuries were reported. Port Sanilac Fire Chief Brian Moran says the combine was a total loss. Deckerville Fire assisted at the scene. Around 7 p.m., Port Sanilac firemen were called to an attic fire at 2248 N. Goetze Road. Chief Moran stated that the fire was contained to the attic and a bathroom. There was water and smoke damage to the home; however, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown. Port Sanilac was assisted by the Deckerville Fire Department.
