Suspect's caught on surveillance during breaking and entering at Peck restaurant

(PECK) -- Video surveillance helped Sanilac County Sheriff's deputies track down the suspects involved in the breaking and entering at Penfield's Restaurant in Peck. Authorities were sent to the business around 6:45 a.m. Friday, October 5. An initial investigation showed that the suspect's entered through the back door of the restaurant and took a large amount of liquor, a 50" flat screen television and over $1000 in cash. Surveillance footage assisted investigators with suspect and vehicle descriptions. Warrants have been requested through the Sanilac County Prosecutor. Names of those involved will not be released pending formal charges and arraignment. The Sanilac County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Sanilac County Drug Task Force and Peck Police during the investigation.
