(SANDUSKY) — For the second year in a row, Charlene Biessel, RD and the McKenzie Dietary Department took the coveted Golden Ladle award at the Revenge of the Crock Pot Wars Healthy Lifestyle Workshop held on October 26. Karolyn McEntee, Great Start Collaborative Director, took home the Silver Ladle Award. The audience at the workshop were able to taste crock pot recipes prepared by Healthy Lifestyle Committee members and then vote for their favorite. Jim and Diane Poling were the winners of the evening’s drawing for a new slow cooker.
